If you rise, you'll also see easy bases without defenses at all and lower levels than you. I find it funny when people try and teach or tell people how to not play a cool game. The coolest thing about it IS being able to hit someone 20-30 levels higher. What fun is boom beach if you arent playing it, raiding, and not getting raided.
